Join us for a free story sharing sessions and social, over Kendal Mountain Film Festival weekend in our home base of the Lake District. After a bit of a welcome and time to grab a drink, we’ll share two of our rider’s stories and then have a group Q&A to close.

The event is FREE, but you’ll need to grab a free ticket via Ticket Tailor through the link below if you want to join us from 5:30 - 7:00pm.

Interested in joining us for a ride on Saturday as well? We’ll be meeting up at 1:00pm for an informal, undguided social ride. Find out more info here.

Timings:

5:30pm - 7:00pm: Welcome + Stories (ticket required - grab one on Ticket Tailor. )

We’ll aim to begin the talks around 5:50pm, so plan to arrive and settle by then!

Drinks will be available at the cafe, come along a little early to grab one in time for the talks!

Stories session:

BOTHY

with Nic Hobbs & Sue Barrett

Nic Hobbs (@minimicroadventure) and Sue Barrett (@adventurequeenmother) will share and discuss their short film BOTHY. This 90 second film is a glimpse into what it takes to cycle to a mountain bothy. A story of humour in the face of adversity, joyful adventure, and appreciation for the peace that mountains can bring.

Adventure Around The World

with Claire Wyatt

Claire Wyatt (@exploringbybicycle) who has ridden 57,000km around the world. From Mongolia to London , around Australia and all of South East Asia. Acts of kindness have been at the heart of her cycles and Claire’s faith in humanity is at an all time high - she’ll be sharing some of her stories.
