We had the pleasure of first meeting Kate on an Intro to Bikepacking Weekend. It’s fair to say since then she has taken to bikepacking like a duck to water! We’ve since ridden with Kate at our Summer Gathering, West Kernow Way Rally and even in Slovenia.

Our Intro to Bikepacking weekends are at the heart of what we do. Sisters in the Wild was born from a love of bikepacking and enabling more people to experience that simple joy makes our world (and wheels) go round. If you are bikepacking curious and don’t know where to start, or you’re still a bit new to it and want to learn even more tips and tricks for future adventures, these weekends are for you.

Beth joined us for our East Devon Trail in the Indian Summer of October 2022. It was her first bikepacking trip, and in the short time that’s followed she’s gone on to establish the Free Ride Collective and take part in the Komoot Women’s Rally in the Canary Islands.

We first met Ali at our inaugural Sisters in the Wild event back in summer of 2021. It was a magical weekend of sunshine and bike riding in the Lake District, perfectly timed for the very first weekend that COVID restrictions lifted in the UK. They have gone on to establish Play Outdoor Productions, a production house with the aim of amplifying unheard voices in the outdoors.
